MARTHA SIEGEL Cello Martha Siegel, cellist and cello teacher graduated from Bennington College in 1972 and received her MA in performance from Brooklyn College in 1979. She currently teaches at the United Nations International School in Queens, Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, and with Musika, Inc. As a performer she played with Calle Strada Strasse and with Suni Paz from 1976 to 1997 and appears on 23 albums. She is principal cellist for the Brooklyn Conservatory Community Orchestra and director of Brooklyn Brandenburgers. Currently she freelances around the New York area.
